The Pioneer Village & Museum Gift Shop has previously featured books by local author Eddie Price, highlighting the rich storytelling talent found right here in our community.

Eddie Price grew up in western Kentucky and taught for 36 years as a history teacher and college instructor. He won the Spirit of 1812 Award from the US Daughters of 1812 and the Gold Medal for "Best Historical Fiction" in the 2013 Reader's Favorite Awards. "Widder's Landing" is in a 4th Printing at Acclaim Press and was named to the 2014 Kentucky State Fair Special Exhibition Bibliography. 

Price travels all over the US with his children's and adult historical programs.
